Functional Movement Screen

Put simply, the FMS is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness. Exercise professionals monitor the FMS score to track progress and to identify those exercises that will be most effective to restore proper movement and build strength in each individual.

Sport Performance for High School Sports

 

The class is fun and demanding and will consist of multivarious and fascinating drills to improve the following qualities; speed, agility, endurance and cardiovascular capacity.  We will use body weight, plyometrics and work with  partner weight.  We will use resistance machines and other tools to build resilience, persistence, specific strength and overall physical shape. We will use a variety of coordination, reaction, speed and emulative drills that are thrilling and fun to do and will improve muscle response time tremendously.

 

 

  

Special Ops Conditioning

 In 2010 we did research in conjunction with Fire Department of Norwalk. After 6 weeks of training we had 0 injuries and 30-50% incensement in various  physical tests regardless of physical shape and duties.

We teach how to breath, how to lift,  how to endure and how to survive your Day.
