60 Minute multi-functioning class that uses all muscles groups. Stations include box jumps, sand bags, ropes, ab rollers, sleds, ending with core strengthening and flexibility.

Functional movements and metabolic conditioning to help you achieve your goals in the safest and most efficient way possible. Each class will include a comprehensive warm-up, a thorough explanation of the workout and hands-on teaching of any movements required, a workout of the day, and a cool down, all in 45 minutes!

Patrick McGlone

A United States Marine and May 2015 graduate of UConn, Pat plans on matriculating into medical school in August 2016. Until then, Pat will use his 500+ hours spent in the Uconn Human Performance Lab and Advanced Molecular Nutrition Lab, as well as 8 years of under the bar experience, train diverse populations including everyone from young athletes to the elderly.

Andrew Edwards

Andrew is Wilton Sport and Fitness' General Manager and has been working in the industry for over a decade. A graduate from Springfield College and playing 4 years of collegiate soccer, Andrew has a heavy background in athletics. and has also completed the New York Marathon in 2016.
