
LACROSSE and SOCCER CONDITIONING
This complex training program is designed for athletic and dedicated young women, who play the “fastest sport in America”. It in- corporates speed improvement drills, dynamic flexibility, foot speed, plyometrics, agility drills and speed and acceleration sprints, throwing power, explosiveness and rotational strength on the covered turf field and in the indoor training facility.
