Andrew is Wilton Sport and Fitness' General Manager and has been working in the industry for over a decade. A graduate from Springfield College and playing 4 years of collegiate soccer, Andrew has a heavy background in athletics. and has also completed the New York Marathon in 2016.
Yuri is a co-owner of Wilton Sport & Fitness. He is President of the American Kettebell Alliance, Inc. He has worked as a strength trainer and fitness specialist for over 10 years.
Yuri trains a wide range of clients, from young children to MMA fighters. He designs unique fitness routines that utilize his extensive knowledge of kettelbell techniques, as well as working with ropes, sandbags, tires, sledgehammers and much more. In addition, he uses plyometrics and agility drills to help foster body awareness.
Demetrious has been a personal trainer for more than 14 years.. Currently, Demetrious is the Assistant Coach for the Wilton Youth Football. He does strength and conditioning for the Wilton Football and Girls Lacrosse team as well as the Weston Swim team. Demetrius has a B.S. in Physical Education from Iowa University. as well as hold numerous certifications from the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA)

Jeff has been involved in physical fitness, martial arts and sports for twenty five years. He was a student of Roger Denton, practicing Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's Martial Art) and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. He has been training with weights since the age of 18. As time passed he became a Yoga student as well as a Yoga teacher.

Mary started her professional career designing cardiac rehabilitation programs and then moved into the corporate health industry. Her warm positive energy transfers to her relationship with her clients. Mary pays close attention to body alignment and breathing techniques, while providing a challenging and diverse workout for her clients. She enjoys working with all ages including the unique needs of our senior clientele. Mary can work with you to lose weight, increase energy levels, gain lean muscle mass, increase you cardiovascular endurance and improve your flexibility.

I am a 500hr. certified yoga teacher. I teach a vinyasa style class with a lot of emphasis on alignment, but also encourage my students to tap into their intuition and be more connected in their bodies. While my classes may be challenging, it is my hope they leave you with a feeling of accomplishment, empowerment and sense of peace within your self.
